Ryan Cos. Design Approved By City For Development Of Vikings Stadium Area
Ryan Cos. is in the lead to develop the Downtown East area of Minneapolis, close to the new Minnesota Vikings stadium.
According to the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal:
The city’s Planning and Economic Development Department on Friday recommended Ryan‘s proposed hotel/apartment project that would sit atop a 1,600-stall parking ramp by the stadium and for a small piece of land next to the ramp, according to a staff report published Friday.
Minneapolis-based Ryan was picked over a competing bid by Mortenson Development.
